Thank you for your tire change service this time.

The car I bought from Fukuoka Toyota wasn't set up as I wanted, and when I asked Fukuoka Toyota to fix it, they quoted me an extra fee far exceeding the market rate.

Neither Autobac nor Yellow Hat would help at all, and I was at my wit's end when I happened to search for a nearby shop and found this one and contacted them.

They fixed it the same day, and the price was reasonable. I was extremely grateful and relieved.

They are a wonderful place with extensive knowledge and experience, efficient work, and honest service.

I've decided to use their services again in the future.

Next, I plan to ask them to install the wiring for the dashcam that Fukuoka Toyota said was included when I bought the car, but it wasn't actually wired.

(Note: In this case, Fukuoka Toyota charged an exorbitant extra fee. Yellow Hat and Autobac wouldn't even attempt to help.)

Replaced my customer-provided tires and wheels.
Tires: 215/45R18
Wheels: 18/7.5J+38
40mm lowered car ← This is important
They installed spacers of different thicknesses front and rear, resulting in a perfectly flush fit!
The work was fast and the labor cost was reasonable.

I'm grateful they readily accepted my job, as many shops refuse lowered cars.
It's close to my house, so I'll definitely go back for advice if needed.

I bought a shop T-shirt!

Thank you for your help with my used car purchase.

You provided professional advice and explanations regarding my desired specifications, and kept me informed of the progress with careful updates, which made me feel very at ease while waiting for my car. The car I found was in excellent condition, and it even had my favorite license plate number, which the owner claims is due to their strong ability to attract good things (laughs). They explained everything clearly and concisely, tailoring their explanations to my needs, even the smallest details like tires and insurance.

My whole family has become fans of this friendly and reliable car dealership.
